Founder & Chief Executive Director

C. Nicole Galloway

MSOD, PHR, BS

Nicki is an early transplant to Charlotte, calling the Queen City home. She is a certified Human Resources Professional and formerly lead HR for the city of Charlotte's Charlotte Area Transit System "CATS" currently serving as the Director of Organization & Workforce Development Leader for the department. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Winston-Salem Sate University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Resource Management and holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte. Nicki strives to cultivate an environment that promotes a positive experience and adds value to encourage success towards a shared vision in and outside of work. She hopes to provide a legacy that will inspire others to live a purposeful life and make an impactful footprint in the world.

Chief Executive

Brittany Dickens

MSRN, BSN, BSKin

Brittany Dickens is a native Charlottean. She has seven years of experience in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse. Brittany obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Winston Salem State University. She is currently pursing her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Administration at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Brittany is passionate about serving others, education, and mentorship. Serving on the board of directors for FaitHOPE Projects allows her to take a proactive stance on rising issues within her community. Through her expertise and knowledge, she works to implement changes that will positively impact lives.

Communications Director 

Jessica Jones

MSPR, BS

Jessica Jones is a Senior Meeting and Travel Planner for the leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services, STERIS. She received her bachelor's degree from THE Winston Salem State University and her master's degree in Public Relations from High Point University.  Jessica also has a background in dance choreography and partners her love for dance with the mentorship of young girls. She is dedicated to investing in youth and the community to hopefully impact the future in a positive way. Jessica is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Jessica jumped at the opportunity to serve on the board of FaitHOPE projects because the organization aligns with her core values and will make a mark on her hometown of Charlotte, NC. Jessica loves the quote, "At the end of the day its not about what you have or even what you've accomplished...Its about who you've lifted up, who you've made better and its about you've given back". - Denzel Washington. Mentorship and serving the under-represented members of society will help Charlotte overall be a better place and looks forward to doing a lot of impactful work with FaitHOPE Projects.

Financial Director 

Dr. Elesia Glover

PHD, MSA, BA

Dr. Elesia Glover is a Senior Project and Public Policy Manager for the City of Atlanta. She received her bachelor’s degree in mass communications and master’s degree in agriculture form North Carolina A&T State University. Dr. Glover obtained a doctorate in public policy and administration with a specialization in policy analysis in 2018. She is also a 2019 graduate of the prestigious Women’s Campaign School at Yale Law School. Dr. Glover brings her knowledge and expertise to both professional industries and academia. Understanding the importance of mentorship and helping others, Dr. Glover served as a mentor at the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference sharing the importance of policy influenced careers with college students and recent graduates.

In 2019, Dr. Glover created Posh Pack Inc., a non-profit organization that empowers young women through access to feminine hygiene essentials. She continues to expand Posh Pack, Inc. across various school systems and states, providing feminine hygiene essentials to schools for students who lack access to this critical resource. Dr. Glover believes the function of a young woman’s body should never be an obstacle in obtaining her education.
